Jason Demant

Clinical Hypnotherapist and Clinic Director

Jason has worked as a clinical hypnotherapist for 12 years. With a background in teaching, mentoring and youth work, Jason also volunteered and worked for three of London’s hospices. Jason managed teams providing informal counselling for patients and family members towards the end of life and informal bereavement support. 

Jason helps people lower anxiety, stop smoking and other addictive patterns (alcohol, drugs etc), reduce phobias and habits (nail biting, skin biting etc) and improve overall wellbeing.

Diploma in clinical hypnotherapy, counselling and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Practitioner certificate in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Mindfulness practitioner and instructor.

Validated practitioner of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and member of the General Hypnotherapy Register.  Certified Life Coach and NLP practitioner with hundreds of hours of clinical experience.

Through The Body Therapy - Embodiment Therapist

Emma is an embodiment therapist and teacher, trained and skilled in body and energy based healing modalities such as Yoga Therapy and Somatics, Meditation, EFT tapping, and Reiki. Practices to reconnect with our own innate wholeness, and find our way to greater self-understanding and peace.

Sometimes talking is too hard. Through Yoga Therapy and Somatics, Emma can help you release trauma, and explore mental health issues through the body. Improve self-regulation, resilience, and overcome the challenges that life brings. 
 
Sessions can include physical movement, practical techniques for managing every day challenges, talking, breath work, mindfulness, meditation, and the exploration of philosophy and how it may support us.

Marcus Therapy London

Marcus Howard

Person-Centred Counsellor, Psychotherapist

Marcus has close to a decade of experience working as a therapist, dealing with general mental health issues, as well as specialising in bereavement, anxiety and depression.

As a Person-Centred Counsellor, he believes that all clients have within themselves vast resources for development. You have the capacity to grow towards the fulfillment of your unique identity and make sense of your own experiences.
